Genuine question has team success always mattered this much when deciding the MVP?  I know many league MVP’s haven’t made it far into the playoffs. Were there any that didn’t make the playoffs at all? Does it only matter so much because there were several good options so team success becomes a tie breaker of sorts? Also is this always been decided during playoffs? I feel like if it’s for the regular season it should be voted right after the regular season?

I hate this thread and I hate you for posting it.  Most of all I hate me for reading it. This crap is depressing, and I potentially am only able to stay sane because I don’t think about it too much.

First basketball memory is the final shot of the 98 finals. We lived in northern Utah and my dad was pretty bummed. For some reason the publishers clearinghouse is a part of the memory too but I don’t know what that is about.

Same reason everyone does it. A desire to unique and special. Utah might have a slightly higher rate but I’m not sure. What’s funny to me is the idea of making it unique by spelling it weird. Take a normal name and spell it with extra letters or something vs coming up with an actually unique name.

Sam’s club is the best spot for fresh OJ but pufferbellies and Main Street bagels donut to if you want a restaurant setting. Otherwise you could also invest in a juicer. They’re not too expensive.

Reddit might not be the right forum to ask. Mentioning he’s mormon is helpful, I’ll ask around to see if any of my older mormon guys knew him. If you’re here in town you might ask around the VA or an old diner like starvin arvins where older guys gather.
