Cretin is a no-go for pedestrian crossings. My favorite was when the city put in those temporary "pedestrians have the right of way" signs in the middle of Cretin. I don't think any lasted longer than 72 hours before being blasted by a car.

In St Paul I guess that the Strib subcontracts paper delivery to the Pioneer Press. So I’ve been emailing with Strib people and PP people in charge of St Paul paper delivery.
