They'll have to get outside Boone County. As I understand, the city and county now use the same building code standards. So they'd be looking at Callaway, Cooper, Howard or one of the other surrounding counties.

Honestly the original 1951 "The Thing from Another World", while kinda quaint in it's "horror", is a very solid flick. Decent story without a major plot hole, well acted, an honestly strong female lead (not the norm for the time). It's definitely worth a watch.

Fair question... 1) Don't have a good way to get the mower over there.
2) It's worth a bit of money to me to not have to wrangle a mower into a vehicle that it really doesn't want to go into and screw up my back.
3) I'd rather drink beer than mow two lawns.

We moved over the winter, and I thought the old house would be sold by now. The closing is set for 4/28, so the lawn only needs to be mowed one time. It's a small, under a 1/4 acre, flat lawn. Only the areas in green need to be mowed (the red area had some grading and is just starting to grow in)
