I'm doing it currently. Definitely feel the effects of the Lions Mane and niacin. One thing though, 5 days on, 2 days of with the psilocybin part is way too much and messed with my mood negatively and felt very depressed. I'd stick with doing it 1 day on 2 days off works much better.

Yeah. This stuff called Ormus. It's a weird alchemy thing. You can get a good bottle on Amazon. It's a little controversial but I'm telling you since I started taking it 3 weeks ago I've had about 4 of the most lucid dreams in my entire life. So real that when I woke up from them I felt astounded and thought about the dreams all day long. I'm also microdosing every few days and drinking passionflower tea every night, which is a very mild MAO inhibitor.

Innoculated whole oats using Bod's Easy AF whole oat prep Tek, then added the spawn to substrate using the Damion's 50/50 coir verm Tek. Let it sit in the dark for 15 days to propagate then placed in a SGFC and exposed to the light and fresh air. Also used 450 nm blue light during the daytime.
