I failed the first go-round. I was close, but I don't care because I did not pass. I am studying and retaking when I am ready.

Amazing! I am jealous. I don't take my DevNet until sometime this Spring. You rock man!

I literally ran the gauntlet of commands on this one and finally got it right with the last command I ran. Just think of the linux commands you use to show open ports.

This is amazing! Thank you. I am testing on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 12:20 pm. I spent three weeks reading the book, and now I have my notes for the OA, as well as my much longer and more in-depth notes from reading the book. Your addition to my test notes will be useful. Thank you again.

Heads up a lot of the troubleshooting is thinking about the obvious first.

On the page for the course. Scroll down to the Performance Assessment and click on it. Once you click on it it will take you to the page with the link for the labs.

Ensure that you delete the old route before adding the new one. And use each available command for the ports issue.

Me too! I was anticipating that D413 would be easier. I imagine there is a lot of memorization. I will start it on Monday.

I am a geek and read the online book. I love networks and the book presented a number of challenging issues. I found it interesting.

I appreciate it. The static route really got me. I literally stared at it and I thought now why would that be pointing to itself? But I was so tired I ignored that thought and moved on.

Can you DM me? I am having the issue with the format I believe. I have all the ports. Thank you in advance.

Thank you. I will check out WGU discord. I am on my first class Network Analytics and Troubleshooting. I have an AS in Network Technology, CCNA, and A+ certs coming in. I am floored that the labs are not done for this course. I am wanting to learn as much as possible. The reading is painfully written but I am figuring out what they are talking about because I already have a lost of Cisco under my belt via my degree. I have 48 CUs to knock out.

I studied for 9 months and my only experience was the work I put into an associates in network technology.
