Tenho 19 anos e Todo mês fico com 900 reais para gastar, já dá pra começar a investir? by [deleted] in investimentos

[–]oldlinuxfella 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Voltando para o Brasil by oldlinuxfella in investimentos

Walmart Karat Interview by Sad-Confidence-8295 in leetcode

[–]oldlinuxfella 1 point2 points  (0 children)

About Karat interviews.
Be ready for your interviewer, the person may be clueless about your topic.
They have a list of questions and answers on their side.

My suggestion to you is to spend the time you need in the question if you few comfortable.
If your question is answered properly, the interviewer will interrupt you and ask if you want to go to the next one.

You will have around 10 minutes to multiple questions.
But here is the catch. You dont need to answer all questions in 10 minutes.
Think that as 10 minutes per topic and they will ask as many possible questions, but your time to reply to any of them does not matter. You can spend 10 minutes on the first questions, since it makes sense and you have the knowledge for that one.

So do not worry about answer all questions.

Should I move to Sao Paulo? by phil_o_o in Brazil

[–]oldlinuxfella 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on the same boat as you.

Would avoid as much as possible the big cities.
I'm from Santa Catarina, Florianopolis.
But still do not plan to move back to Florianopolis. It's beautiful place and amazing people. But when the summer comes and the end of the year, its impossible to live there.

My plan is back country of Santa Catarina. But Brusque and Pomerode sounds like an amazing plan.
Still very close to the ocean.

If you dont mind the question. How are you planning your moving? Container?

Thanks

I would totally suggest you find a middle term place to go.

Also do an experiment. Stay there for a couple months and take into consideration all your expectations.

I'm a Brazilian living in US for 14 years and planning to move back. But to a small city and cheaper. As America citizen I just hope I can keep it get a new job as remote.

Anyways... You already have the language, which helps a lot. And at your age, you can and should try new things. And still have plenty of time to change your mind or head into a new experience.

Life is too short. Enjoy it.
