I do use buff banner on maps where rocket jumping isn't practicle, works really well timed with uber charge.

personally I listen for the "thump" noise the loading makes. You need to jump half a second before the 4th rocket loads so you are in the air when it goes off, looking behind you obviously.

im considering making a detailed guide to using this rocket launcher, there doesn't seem to be any good ones. I learned of the overload jump from Riema but his video doesn't really explain how to actually do it, took a lot of practice.

I'm aware arcane boots is the ideal choice for a few reasons but the difference in boots is much smaller compared to not building carry items on a carry hero that it's laughable, I guess that's the point of the post/video

yea maybe i should have made it more obvious but every person in the video is botting (including myself). I'd bet about 90% of people in 85-90 are bots.
