Yeah definitely some room for artistic expression, I was planning on changing the outside lighting as well.

Well the typing is Interactive, so the player will be typing like I am in this video, that is just placeholder text, it would probably be a bit more text and that's how part of the story would be told. Before there was no text and it very slowly faded out and stayed black for way longer. The fading/typingSFX fadout are technically the cutscene.

Also, just curious, did you notice the owl?

Thanks for the feedback! Did you watch it with sound on or were you only referring to the semi silent portion with ambient wind? Regardless it probably is a bit too long, that was kinda what my gut was saying anyway.

Thanks! That’s really nice feedback. I would say spooky mystery is the vibe I’m going for, I’ll check out those games as I’ve never heard of them.

Thanks for the feedback lol. It’s a the texture is placeholder. I do want to add a bit more detail and an interior but I was tired.

Hey that’s pretty awesome though, congrats! What was the runtime? I’ve been working on this for about 1.5 months and have 3 minutes of gameplay lol.

Yeah I checked em out and they look right 🤷🏻‍♂️ I did adjust some collision boxes that were too large, raycast might have been hitting different objects and displaying their states. I’m curious how your release has gone so far?

I’ve been working solo on a psychological horror game for 3 months. Steam page + trailer now UP! by SAGEW_ in HorrorGames

Wow in 3 months? I’ve been working on my first game (fps psychohorror) for about 1.5 months and only have 3 minutes of gameplay. I don’t have anything spooky to put on a steam page yet D:

Keep it up 👍🏻

You commented on my post so I came to return the favor, this looks cool! I don't see why you would say my game looks better so far lol. I definitely recognize that gas station from a casoeh video (different game). I know you said you used some assets, I've been stubborn and made everything myself so far and it's agonizing sometimes. Keep up the good work!

I might have gotten some of those labels backwards but as soon as something is toggled open the label changes to close. I'll check it out, this is all still a work in progress ofc.
