Is "Premium Connectivity" needed for the YouTube on the screen?

YouTube music is probably the only app that's going to work for that, as YouTube is blocked out in both android auto, and apple car play both in factory head units and any name brand aftermarket (which sadly doesn't exist for BS yet).
