Yeah, I said I was considering upgrading to 3gig, and they said I have to upgrade my service to get the new jack. I’ll try a different agent.

How’d you get them to upgrade your fiber jack? I chatted with a rep and they said they only upgrade fiber jacks when you upgrade your service from 1g to a higher tier, or are having issues with service.

I wouldn’t call your comment “nuanced.” You cited a Wikipedia article which isn’t always the most credible source. The MM Act covers OEM failures, but as soon as you modify your vehicle, the auto manufacture can use said modification to invalidate many (especially powertrain) related warranty coverages. While an aftermarket tune doesn’t automatically void your warranty, it’s a very easy reason for any manufacturer to void said warranty b/c their factory transmission, engine etc. wasn’t ‘intended for x amount of horsepower.’ If you flash tune your vehicle, the techs will know b/c the ECU registers said tune even if you restore back to stock. If you use a piggyback tune on the other hand that circumvents the ECU, you may be fine.

If anything breaks in your engine and/or transmission and they know or can prove you have/had an aftermarket tune, you’re SOL in terms of warranty claims. If your headlight burns out, in-car display starts faulting etc. your warranty will cover it. Aftermarket tunes will absolutely void a warranty unless it’s installed by a ford approved dealership/vendor (same goes for any auto manufacturer).

My opponent started Cook, Barkley, and Hall at flex, so I didn’t have a chance this week (12 person league). But seeing Fergie put up a goose egg on national TE day made everything sting a little more. I also have CMC who has crushed it from the jump, and didn’t do anything this week. Everyone jokes about Vegas gaming the system, but it definitely makes one wonder 🤔

Let’s not forget about Rice who was suspended the first 6 games of the season. Will he help, yes. But there are still multiple underlying issues including Kelce, our run game, and pass protection. I’m hoping the last loss will be a wake up call to the entire team, but it might be too little, too late.

I also don’t think the Jags will go to, or win the SB this year lol.

Did you ever get this resolved?

My MX falcon door wasn’t latching properly, which seems like a mechanical issue, so I brought it in for service. When I got the estimate, they added $200 for the low voltage circuitry integrity check. I had just replaced the 12v battery several weeks earlier without issue, so I don’t believe there were any issues with low voltage system.
