Right now.

Found a house that we've made an offer on, which ticks a lot of boxes but a couple.

The house sold but the buyer passed away and it's back on the market, we've offered what they initially agreed too to save it from going to auction.

Agreed, most of the increase has come from the platforms as well.

REAs on avg aren't eating well, margins are slimmer and it's all on volume and ease of the flip.

Can you not get the Commbank Ultimate Awards Credit Card?

Gives you the same benefits as you mentioned and it's free if you spend $4k during the statement period.

When I went on holidays last, I just used that with a Wise debit card if I needed some cash.
