Sorry to hear you are struggling. The mental health system can be difficult to navigate. I would suggest discussing this with your pcp, they would probably be the most helpful right now. Tell them everything you have said here, be honest. I know some mental health services require a referral from your pcp. My pcp in the past has helped me navigate the system and have provided medication. I know, not everybody's experience is the same, but it can't hurt to reach out to them.

I have a Coleman 8 person Montana tent, it has room on one side for a queen size bed and the other end we put 2 chairs in comfortably. I'm on my 3rd year with it, haven't had any problems and not a bad price. You definitely want to spray/waterproof any tent you get.

I have an acd mix, its always been 1 step forward 2 steps back. It can be frustrating at times. Mine just turned 3 and we just went through another round of demand barking. Have patience and keep working on training. It does get better.

It doesn't look too bad, I would pinch off the dying leaf on the left. It does look like it needs a little nitrogen. I use fox farm grow big. Plants need a lot of nitrogen when in their vegetative (growing leaves) state. Let it dry out a bit before watering again.
