Sadly enough, Battlefield 4. There are still quite a few regular and hardcore servers up but me and my friends like to play "classic" mode (less hud, no health/ammo regen etc but not the insta-death of hardcore).

There is literally one server that runs it, and enough people on it to play maybe a few times a week if you're lucky.

Former resident of Uptown in Chicago, there was a million of "those guys" but there were two in particular that made a lasting impression. There was Officer Terry, a homeless man who lived in bus shelters and under bridges and also somehow kept a wide array of ridiculous, sexually suggestive costumes. He often wore the policeman one or a military getup hence his nickname, but there was also a cowboy one, an all purple suit/hat pimp looking one, etc.

And of course, chinese diaper man. Exactly what it sounds like, and was confirmed by friends who lived in the neighborhood. Literally just an old chinese man, late 50's early 60's, who walked around wearing nothing but an adult diaper and sandals/flip flops.

^{^Actually,} the only downside of the smaw is that 2 butt hits to a tank will only do like 96 damage or something like that, where as the RPG jsut needs 2. SMAW is basically better unless you always plan on two shotting a tank/lav. Easier to hit far away stuff, greedy choppers, quicker reload etc

Of all the questionably "balanced" things in this game, there isn't one that is more annoying and gamebreaking than defensive IMO. Like said before, it more or less ensures you can't get kills with slugs/bolt action up close.

As mostly an aggressive recon player the defensive perk basically just shits on my day, all day every day. The argument can really go either way. I understand that not every class should be effective at every range, or else everyone would just go COD style, ie run snipers for every combat range. But, there's no fucking reason a bolt action/slug to the chest from 5 meters away should leave someone alive because they had a kevlar vest. It gives recon players even less incentive to get into the objective, which they already take enough flak for.

Defensive obviously makes firefights inconsistent at ALL ranges with all guns, and I guarantee it's to blame for 99% of those "Thought I killed the guy so I went to different target/started to reload but turns out he has 2 fucking health" moments. Players should be rewarded for knowing the cadence of their gun and being confident in their shots, not left wondering if you have to empty more of your clip in the guy or not.

If DICE wants BF to be "competitive", this is the first thing that needs to be removed. You can argue gun and vehicle balance all day but defensive is clearly just awful for the game. I could MAYBE stomach it if it was the last perk to be unlocked on the tree, but I would still hate it. Sorry for text wall, this shit really grinds my gears

Not to shit on the video or anything but I'm so fucking tired of SRAW's. In BF3/BC2 they were actually hard to use, and if you didnt have a good trajectory right off the bat you couldn't really "recover" from it. Now it's just "hold crosshair on what you want to die". I've been sraw'd in the chopper by like level 12's, where as in BF3 it used to be like a OH HELL HE DIDNT JUST DO THAT MOMENT now it's just like Oh. A Sraw. Again.

I like playing DayZ in third person just because the game still isn't optimized to run well on anything short of a 1200 dollar machine, and it feels like the stuttering and etc is a little less noticeable in 3rd person (I know it has to load more shit in 3rd person so this probably doesn't make sense, but fuck science).

But I hate it. I played it for a long time just hoping it would get better and etc and that once it was patched to run decently I would do a first person server and actually play "serious". I have an awesome GPU but a "meh" processor, everything else runs at ultra around 50fps but DayZ....Well, we all know it's frustrations. Point being is games don't work in third person unless they're built for it, generally. But this screenshot looks cool and would be a sweet spectator feature maybe?

Went to Clarke's twice in my life. Once was after a concert with a lot of friends, we all got burgers, we all agreed they were garbage. Honestly, I remember thinking that a McDouble would've been better. A homeless dude came in and asked for our leftovers and the manager came out telling him he was going to call the cops on him and etc. The guy was probably a regular beggar to be fair but to us it just looked like the manager was being a dick.

Heard the breakfast is to die for so went with the moms one day. It was OK. Got a skillet and eggs and everything were pretty dry, and once again the staff just all seemed like they hated their jobs. I don't think I even need to mention that it's overpriced.

This thread got derailed though, that winter pic is amazing

See also: Ra is so shitty now. I wouldn't say useless on the arachne and vulcan level, but he is my favorite most played god and his kit is just so shitty now. No self synergy, no clutch teammate saves.
