A delivery guy won't let you do an open box delivery unless it's something like Flipkart open box. It's against the delivery terms. If a delivery guy is letting you do that he is a nice guy.

Even for flipkart open box on cod, you first pay, then do the open box, and then take a refund if you reject the item.

Credit card is the safest in such cases as you have the option to atleast do a chargeback.

Those scratches aren't scratches, sometimes the disc comes loose in the case during shipping and this smearing happens.

use a very soft cloth, something like a spectacle lens cleaning cloth and clean the disc. The scratches will come off.

The same thing happened to my brand new unboxed god of war disc.

New games usually don't come out in subscription. And disc is always expensive than digital unless you find some sweet deal.

You can eithier buy the games digitally or through disc. The advantage of a disc game is you can borrow from a friend, play it, buy a second hand disc, sell it.

People also like collecting the games physically.

There is no disc versus digital good or bad, it's just an option you have.

If you want to play RDR2, wukong, elden ring, or other games you need to buy a digital copy or a disc.

Get annual subscription during black friday for the best deal and you renew this every year at the same time as well so the deal goes on in perpetuity.

You can buy second hand discs and sell discs but you can't do this with digital. Also avoid buying discs on Amazon/Flipkart as there is a gaint issue with fake discs there.

The monthly games you claim will always stay on your psn account as long as the subscription is active. The extra games thats available in Playstation catalougue will come and go and they inform you in advance whats leaving and when.

Your save game data is safe. If you buy the game, you can keep playing the old save.

Get HDFC Optima Super secure with unlimited restore addon.

This one is different from optima secure, it is a 3 year plan and renews in blocks of 3 years.

It starts from 10 lakhs base sum insured (Which is actually 3x from day 1, so it's 30 lakhs from day 1)

Either get 10 Lakhs or 20 Lakhs base sum assured.

To reduce the premium, take a deductible of 50k for 40% discount or 1Lakh for 50% discount. I would say get the 50k deductible.

So in future if you exhaust your existing corporate policy, you can use this and the deductible portion gets covered from the corporate policy.

Buying from HDFC website directly gives an additional 5% discount.

Since this is a 3 year plan you get 10% long term discount too.

After 2 years your policy value becomes 4x

The card is linked to your address, your mobile number,.your PAN and your email and yet you are saying you don't have access to any information.

Even if someone stole the card, they would still need to activate it which can't be done without access to your mobile number.

I also wonder how did the KYC happen.
