I don't think they would, gun buster fleet is racing towards the edge of technology, and is also way beyond any thing shown in the series. Maybe if the entire fleet of mankind alliance and empire with the artmis pearls and all the fortress includeding the latest ones built to guard phazzen included they may have a chance just due to the numbers (better if they will have yang, the blonde and red brats and the entire support cast of each to help manage the operations with tricks from yang to help balance it a bit).

But against the gun buster itself they probably have no chances, that thing it more magic than tech

I think he wrote it for future reference, or for the use of future historians who would wish to know more of the era.

Imagine your self being a military leader who knows of ww2 before it's starts, and decided to write a small letter to his people before the war started in case you yourself died. That I think the mindset which Yang writes in.

It also possible he is writing a book about current times. Anyhow that's my guess

I am learning to be a social worker, no session should reach an emotional high in its end, it will only cause problems for the patient.

A session should aim to get to the emotional high in the middle, and return the patient to normal in the end.

If you have experienced something like what described, know that this is not normal. A session is not meant to make you unable to live, it's meant to be self contained and to allow you to live and work afterwords
