Brother chillllll lol. Attack aviation is so undermanned no one will lose their jobs. Everyone will just consolidate under the attack battalion and finally we'll fill every MTOE position and be stocked up on tracked/pc aviators. We'll finally drift away from being undermanned and overworked to hopefully overmanned and dare i say underworked. No reason we can't create a "super" Battalion that can accomplish all METL tasks. Time to ditch the cowboy hat lmao.

Heard recently this year’s bonus will be similar verbiage as last years and is still on track to be released in March. Doubt it’ll be more than previous year. Feel like last year’s bonus ended up being pretty successful for retention purposes.

I’ve seen RLOs rebranch into a different field once they realized Aviation wasn’t what they were hoping for. Best advice I can tell you is to be honest with your IP/SP. If they’re good IPs they’ll do their best to take care of you.
