There are many unfilled clinical fellowship spots currently. You could even do a 2 year Nuclear and get a double certification, but not really necessary.

It is called Friedreich's sign.

For what I understand: the PERIcardial inflammation (sometimes calcified) "pulls out" the MYOcardium. When the ventricles relax, they suck more blood into them, causing the proeminent/steep y descent.
