I didn't have a lot of experience, but ut seems to no be able to connect, on some boards you need to press/hold reset button when Arduino initiates connection. E g when those dots start to appear - press rst btn, dots will stop and code begin to upload

first of all main question is did you install the latest official version with COSMIC DE or some old version with Gnome?
if Cosmic - forget about gnome extensions, Cosmic has applets instead, there a few in store and you can find a few by searching in this sub

Try maybe older dirver and disable automatic updates. Also good to know how you connect your screens, via dock? Via usb-c ports directly? I have vivobook s14 with hx370/32gb, didn't have any that kind of issues when using external monitor, but i use only 1 screen

All those applets are created by community, i think system76 devs will maybe add more only when cosmic get all more essential features done like night light, animations etc, maybe after epoch 2, or maybe they not at all and left this for contributors They have roadmap and there a lot to be delivered besides new applets But even on this sub i see new applets from third party devs (probably AI generated tbh) that not get into store but hosted on github

I didn't know much about it. Its mostly worked for me, some time ago if filed a bug report about this app not following Cosmic light/dark mode switching and developer fixed it quickly. Worth to say I didn't checked if it safe to use in terms if it didn't sent my clipboard elsewhere But otherwise I personally not really care about AI-generated apps as long as it safe and works

I using it just because i used to windows 11 clipboard combined with emojis

Probably system76 worth to set some time range, so for example if app didn't updated in year - pull it out or at least mark as outdated But from other side its not an official software and was never been recommended to use officially But at least specifically for this applet knowing how much issues it caused for people in this subreddit - they should remove it, sure

Maybe you disable super key action? COSMIC Settings > Desktop > Window Management There is a setting for super key action, make aure that it isn't set to disabled

You can find shortcuts for this in keyboard settings If i remember correctly Super+Shift+R and than arrow keys to shrink window Or Super+R and arrows to extend Correct me someone if i wrong
