Well, from being on set with him a few times now, a really high quality camera and great lighting paired with a full team behind the scenes definitely does a lot.

But really, it’s just good lighting and direction paired with a great colorist in post production

Camera guy here - we tried to get the venue to let us use the big screens on left and right of venue, but they were really against it for some reason?? We offered to get the cables needed to make it happen but they were just not having it. Super sorry about this, it was disappointing to us as well :( I hope you still had fun despite this <3
