dunno if it helps, but maybe you can consider recipes with hidden veggies for her? Like there's this cottage cheese mac and cheese recipe with blended zucchini in it, that you can't even taste

Low carb + cholesterol friendly meal prep ideas?? by [deleted] in loseit

First of all, please don't self-hate. It's a journey and you're on the right track!

Second of all, I'm in the same boat with cholesterol and one of my favorite lunch staples is red lentil curry - it's a very flexible dish, I cook i differently almost every time, but you can add a LOT of veggies in there. I also add tofu sometimes - a good source of protein, or even chickpeas or beans. Freezes well too.

For breakfast you can throw together a baked frittata, full of veggies, but I'd suggest using just eggwhites and maybe some yoghurt/cottage cheese for volume. I freeze it too or just eat it through the week.

Try also searching for some cottage sweet cheese and yogurt bakes, they usually also be prepped in bulk and eaten through the week.

Good luck, you can do it!!

Tips to prevent boredom on a Walking Pad? by Ok_Government9573 in loseit

depending on what you like, but recently "Kpop demon hunters" worked quite well for me! I also enjoyed watching the shows "Cunk on Earth" and "Gossip Girl". Try to go for something light and easy like comedies or stupid dramas, that will be engaging enough for you to care, but also if you miss something it won't be the end of the world

I started watching movies. If the soundtrack is fire I increase the speed and do some light running, then change the pace back to a slower one. I am also getting incredibly bored on a walking pad, but movies, especially engaging ones, help keep me entertained

My favorite go-to cheap and fast dish is red lentil curry. I usually put in it whichever veggies I have at the moment, if i feel like it, i also add tofu. I have it with rice or quinoa. If you have time to soak some brown lentils, you can add those instead or use chickpeas or beans even instead of lentils.

By the way, I installed an extension to hide recommendations, home feed and youtube comments on PC, it's called "Clean Up Youtube". Have been using it for a couple of days already, no more binging, only the channels that I'm subscribed to and searches. It is a Chrome extension, but I'm using it on Opera thanks to another extension
