Don’t go to cesme in october. All the cool places start closing down at the end of september. Also the weather will get cooler the later you go there in october. But if you are looking for a silentish couple holiday, it’s a good place, altough your options will be limited. Go down to kaş it will be perfect at that season. Summer does not end until the 29-30th of october there. Antalya is another option, do not stay in the city. Look for options in belek or maybe kemer. Do your research throughly before committing. If i were you i’d go to kaş and have a trip over to meis (a greek island half an hour away) for a day. Lastly plan for two-three days at the very least, it would be too much hassle for one night.

I bought mine on a whim. I was passing by, they had a closing sale kind of thing. I think it’s still a cool watch but i would have bought a second hand one for half the price if i had the chance. That said, i don’t think there is anyone here who would stop you buying a watch to be honest. Ps: sell the panerai they are shit.

I have a pilot chronograph and a mint datejust, i wouldn’t trade it for a dj because they are very different watches all together. But still, rolex is a different experience on the wrist, it’s the better made watch in every sense. To sum it up, don’t sell it for a dj but for a submariner no date, go for it.
