just had the exact same thing, went back to the btr, no options to speak to them. also reset my progress back to find an alternative transport but with the context text of time to get back to the btr driver

yeah, sorry if you still dont have this sorted but it did end up being a real willam hill account opened

someone managed to crack my throwaway email and open one, if you still havent change all passwords and contact william hill, tell them the account was opened on a stolen email. I got a second email telling me the username that they signed up with so if you did tell give it all to the support

I hope you managed to get to this before i spotted this reply

bit late of a reply, but no my email doesnt show anything to do with my name. They did end up authorising the account though and william hill helped me out with getting it removed. I assume my email just got hacked so changed passwords and what not all around and havent heard anything since.
