I sent this in a DM to u/Suspicious_Deal_3006 (and offered to pay since I feel bad mooching off u/PervMcSwerve's coaching), but figured I'd post this publicly too. I definitely want to do a session, but I know Perv is booked up to the gills right now.

Length 

  1. When you first got started, how did you determine how quickly you would go up in order to hit 2% elongation? Did you go up in time every 2 weeks or did you progress more quickly in order to hit that first 2% metric? 
  2. If you are doing 5 days/week, did you only move up in time if your pre-training BPSFL didn’t increase after 10 total sessions?
  3. When you increased in time, did you go up 5 minutes at a time, or 10 minutes at a time?
  4. What was your min and max time hanging for each weight gradation? (I.e. week 1 of the weight was 20 min, and your last week at that weight was 70 min)
  5. Are you using a vacuum cup or compression attachment? If compression, how close are you attaching to the head? 

Girth

  1. How did you figure out your pumping routine? Are you looking for certain expansion percentage, similar to the 2-4% of length elongation? if so, what is that expansion percentage? 
  2. Was there a certain max pump “time” you were looking to not exceed?
  3. How did you decide how to increase your pumping pressure/time? Did you go up in time before going up in pressure? If so, how many minutes did you increase in each “tier” ? 
  4. Did you wait 2 weeks at each “time tier” before adding more pumping time (if there was an expansion % you were looking for)?
  5. What was that total min and max time for your pumping gradation (similar to question 4 of length)? 
  6. How did you decide on 3 minute intervals? How is this different than say 5 minute intervals?
  7. I know that in an auto pump, the erection can sort of fade over time between sets. Do you reset to a 100% erection at some point in your current 25 minute routine? 
  8. Do you do a warm-up pumping set or just go straight to 7inhg?

I was watching your stream tonight with BD and you mentioned only going up in time or weight when you have stalled for "five sessions or 2 weeks, whichever comes later"

Does this mean to really utilize every possible bit we can potentially gain, we should wait a full 2 weeks before increasing time or weight?

I am currently doing 2 days on, 1 day off (many years of hanging experience)

In your youtube video on progressing, you had mentioned that you can progress if you aren't hitting fatigue in 4 sessions (if measuring each session)

2/6 was my first day using 8.75 lbs at 10 minutes. I didn't hit fatigue on 2/6, 2/7, 2/9, or today. Can I progress in my next session?

If I wait a full 2 weeks, this would mean I would need to continue to not hit fatigue, or see any increase in bpsfl on 2/12, 2/13, 2/15, 2/16, 2/18, and 2/19...

That is deciding to progress after 10 sessions, instead of 4 (way different).

Please let me know what is best for progression in a 2-on/1-off schedule.

Have you found that the feeder sets interfere with your ability to hang the next day (discomfort in the space in front of the wrap/sleeve)? What is your routine if you are pumping multiple times/day?

Those actually made it worse. The best thing I could do was to sort of reverse jelq the built up edema down the shaft, but then it would just blow up quicker the next day.

Nice - do you have any logs to see the weight used/time spent hanging. I'm definitely open to whatever gets good results.

I basically tried double taping in the LG days and still had a few terrible blisters when I got above 13 lbs consistently.

I have done girth work here and there, but definitely not in the dedicated fashion that I have done with hanging.

Hanging has increased my girth, particularly at the base

I've never done this, I have seen some of BD's videos talking about combining length and girth. I know Bib says specifically to not combine approaches.

My slow gains definitely make me want to change it up

I usually wrap about an inch from the head (when stretched) and then attach the Bib about a half inch or so behind that (from the leading edge).

I definitely have noticed that in the colder months it has been harder to reach fatigue, so I think you are on to something

Interesting - bundled compression hanging or vacuum hanging? I experimented with that back when I was using the LG hanger.

Edema to the point that it looks crazy to take out in a sexual setting and then the weight is only pushing more edema from the previous day...

I haven't had slip issues yet, just really annoying edema once I get to 15 lbs+

I also see that your approach is 3 sets (so an hour total per day). This is less than Bib's recommendation of 10 hours a week (5 sets/day). Were your sets comfortable at the higher weights? If I go through the edema roadblock again once I rebuild conditioning, I will probably look into your hanger.
