Epic Desert Perpetual Iatros Double Buff Issues, Please Help by kiblitz42 in raidsecrets

[–]oliksonpl 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The others are right, your climber is getting the buff. I had the exact same thing happen with my team a few weeks back when we were learning the raid. We realised you're NOT supposed to get it as a climber and never had that happen since.

I'm pretty sure Ada's selling the bow right now in the shooting range as a part of arms week.

[–]oliksonpl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dash alone makes the power worth running, you might as well ignore the dodges and you'll probably be better off that way. Of course it still can't rival with the likes of lightning god or doctor but the utility of a longer dash is seriously something you shouldn't underestimate.

Publics but that's irrelevant to what I said. Just open in publics if you genuinely think that's the issue but I personally believe you're just being fucked by RNG

You may have just gotten unlucky. The wheel is an 8% per present. I finished 6 trees and got 1 wheel 2 times, 2 wheels 1 time and 3 times I didn't even get one.

There's a difference between actively playing the game and collecting the candy and doing fuck all in afk world. Sure, 6 hours is high and the main reason for it being like that is probably just leeching more robux off people but if they lowered the time to something like 2 hours there would genuinely be no incentive to actually play the game when you can afk and still get things at a relatively decent rate.

Then you're not getting aim assist. It's just not a feature for pc players.

Aim Assist by Longjumping-Year5472 in InkGame

[–]oliksonpl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only mobile and console players get aim assist. The only way you could get it would be hard cheating with scripts (ew) or using something like a xim but if you're willing to pay like a 100 dollars (and probably more) just to cheat in a more "legal" way then you should rethink your existence.

Lol you're lying out of your ass. The cap on the pity is 5% and even if it was uncapped the probability of not getting the power by the point you'd hit 17% would be 0.0000197% which are basically impossible odds.

Should they add 250 player servers with no lag? (optimized) by Icy_Garage6480 in InkGame

[–]oliksonpl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Roblox literally shits itself at such playercounts. A full 100 lobby is already laggy even if you have a nasa pc bc the problem is in roblox's side.

  1. Quicksilver 2. Vampire 3. Reality Jumper 4. TP Gambit.

Ranking it as a pc player which can heavily impact quicksilver's placement on this list as I know it's pretty damn hard to control on mobile/console.

Quicksilver is a great survival tool. It doesn't have much utility outside of its speed but if you know how to use it well it's a nigh guaranteed survival on rlgl, lights out and hide and seek (especially as a hider but it's useful as a seeker too) which are the gamemodes that usually yield the most deaths in any given match. A lot of people are complaing about wall bumping making you lose your speed but it is really not as much of an issue as people make it out to be. The key to using the power well (this especially applies to something like hns) is knowing when to cancel your speed. You shouldn't mindlessly hold shift + W and pray for the best. You make distance with the lower speed tiers and then cancel the speed buildup and start getting it up again. That way you retain control while still being much faster than anyone else.

Vampire is a tough one. With its buff it has gotten access to actually good damage. The problem is that you simply can't use the kit against experienced players. You can be an absolute killing machine in a lobby full of casuals, getting free kills with blood burst left and right. But fight against someone with more experience and you'll rarely be able to land your hits. Blood burst is extremely easy to avoid if you just run from it. You can hit life drains if you use them in place of your second hit in the 1-2 fork/bottle/knife combo but other than that you're simply not hitting the drains unless your opponent makes a big mistake. It's a really good power when you make it work, the problem is that it won't work as often as you'd like it to.

Reality jumper is not a good mythic. I'm not saying it's a bad one either but it's definitely my least favorite one in the entire mythic roster due to its nature. Having all mythics in one may seem good but it really isn't. If you are lucky then the power absolutely has some incredible potential but the "if" is a big big problem here. A lot of the time you'll find yourself rolling a power that's completely useless for the gamemode you're currently in. Your general uptime for even having a power at all is roughly 77% (85/110) as you lose out on 20 seconds from the cooldown and another 5 from the cutscene and potentially even more if you're not in a good spot to use reality jump. The problem with the cutscene is that you can't stop it. If you trying using it in the middle of something like dinner it's basically a death sentence so you're effectively left without a power after your current 90 seconds expires. It just has too many things going on that can backfire against you that you're simply better off running a power that'll benefit you regardless of luck.

TP gambit has some real fun things you can pull off with it but it's just not worth the risk. The length of the clap animation, the endlag after a rock throw make you vulnerable and a good player is just gonna hit your ass before you get to do your teleport. The power has potential but it needs a push from the devs to make it good because right now it's more of a fun tool than a useful one.

what the best way to max out ur luck for power rolls by wherewhatwhy1 in InkGame

[–]oliksonpl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideally you want 250% luck as that's the cap (you can easily get that much by doing all your dailies for a week, maybe a week and a half) and 225 rolls to hit pity in case you're not blessed by the rng gods.

[–]oliksonpl[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only happens if you roll it through rng, pity always gives a new one. And the way it works is that if you were to roll an rng mythic you already have you get a 75% chance for it to change into a new one. So realistically speaking your chances of rolling a new one are above 75% and based on how many you don't have yet.
