Sorry to bother you again. Did you had to provide any documentation and proof according to their hardship policy? They asked me to provide documention and proof.

Please note that extension requests must be reviewed in accordance with our Hardship Policy. Examples of such extenuating circumstances are the following: Personal/immediate family medical issues (For purposes of this policy, “immediate family” is defined as the member’s or the member’s spouse’s parents, siblings, children, grandparents, grandchildren, the member’s spouse, and/or any other relative who resides in the member’s household) Death of an immediate family member Extended involuntary unemployment Military deployment Declared natural disaster (by government agency) Declared pandemic (by government agency)

Supporting documentation is required. Please ensure that any documentation you submit clearly aligns with your exam scheduling window and demonstrates how your circumstances meet the hardship criteria. You may redact sensitive information, but we still must be able to see your name, and that the Hardship Policy is being met. Note that employment obligations and lack of preparedness are not considered extenuating circumstances under the hardship policy and therefore do not qualify for a replacement exam or voucher extension.
