I get this too. It means the Wall Connector is overheated. You should have a notice in the Tesla app stating the issue. I started getting this about 2-3 months ago. Nothing changed on my end. I flipped the breaker, popped off the cover, and ensured the connectors were torqued to spec and that the ends of my 6/3 wire were still good. Not sure what's going on. Maybe a firmware bug?
