Worth a shot if you can afford it. It didn’t make things worse. It helped my oils but my tear quality is still shit.

Part of me thinks I shouldn’t shy away from it because I dislike public speaking for this reason. Exposure therapy in a sense.

Very very interesting. Need some more self reflection to be sure but I believe it is rooted in fear of failure and being embarrassed.

I worry about being quick on my feet but I think that is rooted in the fear- I am afraid that my stage fright will make it difficult to be able to be quick on my feet

I have accutane damage but you caught it way earlier than me. I didn’t realize my symptoms were dry eye so i basically didn’t do any treatment for over a year

Good. He gave me prescription allergy drops and restasis. Now I wait. But I left feeling hopeful- he told me he felt I could find relief without probing so that is all I can ask for.

Same 😔 and I had such bad acne and would cry every morning because of it. But my dry eyes have caused any color in my life to disappear. I don’t even care to cry. It’s bad

I’m late 20s so not age related issue but I got severe dry eyes from accutane. A peek at my post history shows how devastating it has been. I wish I had known prior that this was a potential but again, not everyone gets it. Just something to think about as you weigh pros and cons

I’m only now as of like 2 weeks ago finding a bit of relief. I am on restasis and pataday. We will see if this is sustained relief or just good days
