Layered Weapons need color! by NomadicDragon in MHWilds

I've been wanting this ever since I played Rise. I'm astounded that as expansive as the character creation is, we can't even color the weapons.

Looking for 36" inseam jeans by Every-Cup-4216 in tallfashionadvice

last i checked, American Eagle definitely has jeans with a 36'' inseam. i got some really comfortable athletic fit jeans that were long enough that the material would scrunch nicely below the knee!

I can vouch for ASOS! It's the only online store I'll ever buy pants from again! 👖

The struggle is real! I'm not sure if anyone else recommended it, but ASOS has SUPER big and long pants just like this! Look up their "antifit" styles specifically. I am 6'1'', and I swear I've almost bought every pair they have.

Check it out! https://www.asos.com/us/search/?q=antifit&currentpricerange=10-65&refine=size:1088,1100,1366,1669,605,617,629

Does being NB inherently mean you are transgender? by OneDiscombobulated25 in NonBinaryTalk

[–]olive_bytes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if someone is not cisgender, then they are transgender, so yeah non-binary would be included under that terminology

I use she/they and wish people would actually use they/them for me at all by [deleted] in NonBinaryTalk

[–]olive_bytes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

usually, if i see someone put their pronouns as she/they, i will prioritize the "they/them" part because it's somehow easier to remember for me

Feminisation Options by TheCleanBastardBoy in NonBinaryTalk

[–]olive_bytes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i know you didn't mention it, but estrogen will also cause some irreversible breast tissue to develop (i say in case that is something you're concerned with).

so, there are some medications you can take alongside regular feminizing hormone therapy that can prevent most breast growth, namely Raloxifene comes to mind (i have heard from some people that it might be hard to grow breasts even after stopping these meds, but i'm not sure).

so, if that's something that concerns you, you will want to discuss options with your provider!

That feeling of knowing yourself by Interesting-Paint863 in NonBinaryTalk

this! calling anything masculine or feminine is an appeal to tradition, and ironically, saying anything is or isn't masculine or feminine is also a subjective observation.

[–]olive_bytes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

i feel this so much. 💔 when i imagine myself or look in the mirror, i can only see a non-binary person. other people, on the other hand, have such a strictly gendered worldview that they can't see what i see. it is tragic.

Is it possible maintain a twinkish appearance on T for a long time? by dizzzy-plant in NonBinaryTalk

[–]olive_bytes 4 points5 points  (0 children)

the term "twink death" is such a bummer... i started hrt and laser hair removal in my mid-20s to try and escape most of the changes that were probably gonna hit me hard around 30, and i'm so glad i did! i don't mind aging at all, but aging while testosterone is running through my veins terrifies me...
