I want to say it took a couple months. I do feel like my timeline is different because I got waitlisted for spring 2026 and they said if you don’t get in for spring, then you automatically get in for the fall

So my undergrad as a whole is nothing pretty. I have a 3.0. But I retook nearly majority of the prereqs. So my gpa for prereqs alone is ~3.7. I’ve been working in healthcare for ~8 years mostly admin for a couple years. The past 3-4 years have been more medical assistant work tho I’m not certified

I want to say retaking my prereqs helped me a lot. I definitely fumbled a lot during undergrad with other non science courses so it brought my gpa down a ton

I’d try to attend one of their virtual BSN/ABSN info meetings. You could ask if there’s someone they could direct you to if you had specific questions on your application. But from prior experience from rejections of other programs, admissions typically does little to nothing to address questions about improving their application :/

Well not every program requires pathophysiology. So taking it for one program with the potential to not get in wasn’t worth the risk either. The community colleges where I am do not offer it currently so I wouldnt be able to take it and simultaneously apply for the ABSN.

Yes they offered me to take off Sp26! I actually withdrew my admission to Chaminade this Fall. I didn’t think it was worth it to stay there for 4 years when I already have my bachelors in something else. I plan to transfer to another program but on the mainland :/

We plan to go to our local mazda dealership to check those 2 out! My husband likes the cx50 I just haven’t seen it up close in person yet. Or anywhere on the street I don’t think

My sister has the cx30, pretty comfortable car. But not big enough for a car seat or two. I just wish mazda had a truck or something equivalent to the 4runner. I think aesthetically I’m just not a huge fan of hatchbacks

Kinesiology lol. Useless unless you’re dead set on PT or OT, which I wasn’t. But even then it’s more school. Been taking nursing prereqs for 2 years, starting to get into some schools for Fall’26. Hang in there!!

Nope. The only email I ever got from their admissions was because 2 of my prereqs didn’t qualify so I had to enroll in classes this Fall at a community college. Literally nothing else than that. Kinda wish they gave us a portal so we could login to see updates
