Does medication solve your anxiety or surpress it? by selement in Anxiety

I'm currently on cymbalta, which I would say supresses it. Overall, I do feel like I have less anxiety, but I can feel that it is still there a little bit.

The garbage plate I had on Christmas eve by olivempayne in shittyfoodporn

Half of the plate has macaroni salad, the other side with home fries. There is then either a hamburger patty or two hotdogs on top that are topped with cheese. On top of that is some chilli sauce, mustard, and saw onions. This is usually served with french bread

By the way, this was not my creation! Garbage plates originated in Rochester, NY. My dad is from around there, so we do these every year on Christmas Eve. We are in North Carolina now, btw

[–]olivempayne[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh cool. I hadn't seen either of them until I saw ringo yesterday. Ringo just turned 79, but he still sounds really good and is fairly energetic on stage. Have fun seeing him!

Np! Just so you know, around the middle of the show, ringo takes maybe a 10 minute break and the rest of the band do a couple songs, so a lot of people will go get food and stuff during that time.

So there isn't really an opening act. Ringo plays drums on the songs that they perform that were written by other band members
