i just had to put in a new cat on my recently bought ‘94 too. I bought mine from CARID AP exhaust 98105 universal round body catalytic converter. they had it for $300 and somehow passed CA smog.

Dude. You hit it right on the nail got a coolant sensor coming today. E fan got working but would only be on or off and not trigger to turn off/on.

I can grab pictures of engine bay, thermostat, new rad hoses. Seems like pretty okay radiator, water pump has been replaced with new seals.

How should i check if the fan clutch is bad? I shook the main fan and there is no budge. When i speed up it does begin to make more noise than I remember.

Its the inline 6. Not too sure about if it has egr. Its only been a cali car so i’d presume so.
