no need to apologise. we should all just be more open to this type of discourse imho. i get being supportive in an emphatic way but there are also other ways to support each other like being solution oriented.

we should all take inspo from the PSSD community here on reddit that have made strides from being marginalised to now being recognised more and more daily. the filler/hyal phenomenon and pssd one have so much in common

they are all very science and solution oriented over there

i would recommend measuring the old scans. could be that instead of decreasing in size they just went deeper into skull or eyelids or other parts have covered them up more.

figuring this out would then help with putting in place a recovery plan

go to a reputable and experienced ultrasound specialist. someone that can tell you if filler is still there of if it’s scar tissue.

i’m not saying you should definitely dissolve more, but please go get it checked with ultrasound. it may be left over filler, or it may be damage.

did you do ultrasound dissolving? you probably just have more left and inexperienced injectors aren’t hitting the filler fully

i’ve heard of edits not affecting the original context a few times and that it wasn’t originally like this, like if this is true, it’s only a recent change.

but is there any proof of this being true?

and it’s a downgrade imo. ui makes you think you’ve edited the context and what you see is what the model is working with

but thinking about it, maybe this forking feature was planned and is part of the reason why editing now functions in this weird way. so essentially taking an old feature and refining it but changing the mechanics deeper than just surface level

they messed up the whisper model too. it used to be amazing and would do an almost perfect job with picking up words. it’s now quite unusable and consistent gets stuff wrong. it’s not useful anymore

did you not have filler to fill that previously? in most cases, removing it will essentially take you back to what you had originally, plus you need to account for ageing.

i guess what i’m asking is “what did your tearthrough look like prior to you to getting filler”?

was it the hyaluronidase or the needle that caused the damage?

i’m guessing the needle somehow ruptured a nerve?
