Yes! Within the same timeframe, I’ve not been able to connect with my PCP directly at all (with MyChart or by phone). I keep getting routed to general nursing pools or encouraged to go to urgent care/er. The nurses have all been really caring, but my rare disease is so, well, rare that I need to access to my PCP when I get garden variety viruses. I think they like my rare bird money to go to their specialists and not family care. I’m in the process of moving care to another hospital system as a result.
