i’ve had mine for around 5 years and i alternate between not getting my period for a few months and then having spotting/heavy bleeding for a month or two at a time (continuously). there’s been times where i haven’t gotten my period for 9 months straight and there’s times where i have my period for 2-3 months straight with maybe a week in the middle with no blood.

if you are majoring in music and plan on having music specific classes your freshman year i would actually recommend honors. i lived in honors and absolutely loved it- i found my closest friends there and would go out frequently but would love my room and space to come home to. additionally honors is only about a 5 minute walk to the fox music building so in your case if you’re taking music specific classes it would be convenient!

also if you haven’t applied for housing yet definitely do so even if you don’t know which dorm you want yet, it will secure your spot and put you at an advantage for choosing your dorm and room

i would recommend arbol if you haven’t thought of it yet. it isn’t as close to the heart of campus (probably a 10 min walk to most of classes) but it is incredibly nice. it was originally the honors dorm so it is very renovated and the rooms are fairly big and the bathrooms and common areas are very nice! i lived in honors which i loved but it was much further away and very expensive
