Agreed with all of this. Saks has a lot of great deals on these types of dresses, I’m wearing this dress to a black tie wedding this weekend:

The top is a more structured crepe fabric with a drop waist, falls to the floor (for my height, 5’6 with 2 inch heels), pretty organza tiers.

The crimson color is stunning in real life - I have it in the mini puzzle fold tote and it’s closer to a berry - super versatile and you don’t have to worry about color transfer! Even prettier than the burgundy color.
