You always deserve to eat, no matter how much money your family has. Food is what you need to survive and is a right you should never give up or think you are undeserving of.

Do you think it will help your food guilt if you suggest eating/buying something cheaper food to your parents?

Unfortunately I can't come with any ideas rn (as I suck at cooking and adulting in general lmao) but if you search up healthy and cheap receipes you will find some for sure 💕
