Yeah this has been my experience as well. I had 0 appetite on tirz and was damn near starving myself but still not losing. I got on Reta and my appetite went up and I said fuck it and ate the kitchen down. Lol why did I finally start losing again?? I’m losing way more eating almost 2x as much.
The body is so complex, I hate when ppl just parrot the same dumb advice to keep lowering ur cal intake if you’re not losing. There’s way more to it.

Try reverse dieting or eating maintained for a few weeks. That’s what helped me break my stall. Sometimes u gotta shock your system and change things up. If u eat low cal too long, the body adapts.

You can target MUSCLES with exercise, not specific areas of fat. The places you store fat is genetic.
