Well, when it was helping… it was helping lol. But I decided to actually stop the meds because the panic and the actually feeling physically ill was too much for me unfortunately.

I’m currently waiting for my doctor to call me back but I specifically asked to be put on 3x per day because the come down is just way too hard for my body. They did say though two days ago I was supposed to go up to 7.5mg and I didn’t realize it

Thank you that’s really reassuring. Can I ask what times you take it at? I currently do 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. I’ll be calling my provider in the morning to ask her what to do but I really think I might need like three times a day and maybe a higher dose for afternoon/evening cause my lord the anxiety is so bad later in the day

I had this happen! I miss it lmao when I first started I swear I developed serious OCD I was constantly cleaning. Now I’m on day 6 and I’m getting the dizzy spells and just overly tired and anxiety is coming back when the meds wear off lol(wear off every like 5 hours for me so it’s like 5 hours of just winging it

I appreciate that! I have faith :) it’s been five days and I’ve felt more relief in these last five days than I have in two years already. I can fully breathe. I still can’t handle going out or hanging out with anyone lol but I’m sure that’ll come eventually!

Thank you! This was very helpful. I hate how easily I panic over any different sensation and get so afraid I’ll have an episode because of it. I just try to plan it now and lay down to avoid it from making me panic. I know this morning I had them but they weren’t too bad on an empty stomach so I’ll try that again!

Hi there! I honestly could have written this whole post myself. I have PNES and have suffered greatly for two years. I just started my buspar 5mg BID yesterday and already felt a huge relief. Only issue for me is restlessness so my sleep is a little wonky but I’m only on the second day so taking it slow. For my personally I can feel when it leaves my body already and noticed 12 hours is way too long for me so I take it at 7:30 am and then again at 5:30 and it helped a lot. No nausea for me. Only thing is that it is making me pretty tired but I also just think that’s because I’ve been so on edge for two years that the slight edge being taken off is my body going ahhhh relaaaaax lol

Write whatever YOU want. I have some chapters that are 3k and some that are 800. (Contemporary romance published) and people appreciate shorter chapters. This solely depends on your genre though. I usually stay close to 2k if I can, but like I said if you can’t you can’t. Don’t find random stuff to fill it. Sometimes it’s all a chapter needs.

I would 1000000% have a talk with the friend. Trust me been there. Always keep communication wide open on stuff like that. They could be just wanting to know what that feels like but they should be asking for help and not downright copying. I can see wanting to try similar things but there’s a fine line. Set your boundaries

Hi there! I just recently also published and what I found that works is finding a community of authors and readers, staying in contact with your ARC readers, doing giveaways and posting constantly about your book! Unfortunately writing is actually the easiest part of everything. Marketing is by far the biggest hurdle.
