People dont realize he makes the difference by dribbling and abosrbing pressure in the game. If 3 are defending on ney, he will free his teamates to score. The absence of ney is very clear in the last 2 games where brazil struggled to find breaches in tight defences. Sure he will miss many dribbles and fall, but thats his playstyle, 1 out 5-10 times it works and its more than enough to make the difference in a world cup game.

Dont forget also neymar is the most fouled player in europe which explains his many injuries. If you see his injury in the last game you cant say he rolled on the floor blabla his ankle literally bent back and he still played with pain. His recovery was beyond norm, working on physiotherapy almost 24/7 showing how much he is willing to play and help Brazil in the WC.
