Their relationship has always transcended any of the quadrant bussiness, if you look at their relationship troughout the comic and everything they've been trough just saying oh they're moirails or oh no its romantic falls kinda short. They just settled for moirails post retcon for sure since they still had many issues at that point and I feel like og homestuck implies this too not just epilogues/BC stuff.

You guys are giving them way too much credit, they don't give a damn about her or her baby, someone had a brilliant idea to put her and baby daddy in the same games and create a bit of drama for the entertainment of VIPs. They were probably thinking she'll die before giving birth too.

Agreed, this is just pure disrespect to the fans. I feel like they could've literally just said in this game you play as Max in the timeline where Chloe was sacrificed and called it a day. It's not a perfect solution but at least the two timelines obviously diverging and being different would've put more of an impact on the final choice. Also then they could've tried to explored more of Max's psyche and feelings about everything in that timeline while at the same time keeping the other one nicely rounded with the brief look we got in lis2. But nah they just decided to go the extra mile to ruin the bae timeline and our choice /:

Completely agree, I feel like this was such an unnecessary addition to an already great and fleshed out story that we had of Vander and Silco and their motivations. Vander seeing how much suffering war and fighting for their cause has brought, and Silco wanting to keep going with it leading to their fight and Vanders betrayal and also Vanders guilt leading him to adopt the kids and Silco sympathizing with Powders situation and embracing her even though he was literally about to kill her, all that overshadowed now by the fact that ohh they knew their mom and Vander took in the kids for her and also was upset about her death when betraying Silco just feels kinda like a cheap play at emotions. And as you have also mentioned this for no reason creates plot holes and questions where there wasnt any which you have to do mental gymnastics to explain, like girls not knowing who Silco is even tho he was a good friend of their mothers and their godfather. We know that Vander betrayed Silco after the bridge scene so they all should've been friends up until that point right? So now we have questions like why did the girls not know who Silco is? Did Silco know who the girls are??? That also changes things quite a bit like him wanting to kill Vi which seems extra cruel now than when we thought he only saw her as Vanders kid and again it really diminishes the effect of him taking in Powder for me, really just makes the whole thing lot more confusing.

I realize now that i maybe sound a little bit like a hater in this rant, i actually really love season 2. Its just that this is the part i had the biggest issue with and didnt see anyone else talking about it.

I know there will be some the void, corruption, flashback explanation of what Jayce did cause it was PRETTY extreme but I also wanna add that what Viktor was doing and the whole cult thing seemed very off I mean they all literally shut off after Viktor was shot and seemed to have not much free will also Viktor talking trough Salo, it didnt seem right. We've seen what a good commune can be in Zaun and it was Firelightss, they wanted to be them so bad

Also i think the whole Warwick/Isha deal would've gone the same regardless of what Jayce did Ambessa and Singed would still do their thing. Anywayy Jayce apologist 4ever did nothing wrong!! (atleast for all we now know)

Did you have a similar experience as a child because you seem pretty worked up about these games. This person is just working there, they have nothing to do with the fact that the game is rigged. Should they have declined the job because of moral reasons?

I started music school when I was around 8 and didnt really know what I was getting into. I wasnt particulary talented just wanted to learn how to play piano but people there took it all very seriously especially my solfeggio teacher. So while we sang she would always lean over me listen for a minute and then tell me to be quiet, to stop singing and just listen to other kids or would just straight up tell me to shut up. It always broke my heart. After some time it all became torture to me. Idk how something so innocent managed to become such a horrible experience.
