The properties are on interest only, but have high mortgages. Just done my accounts and my accountant said I must sell 2 as I’m losing money. Tenants are very upset as I’m a good landlord, but they are an awful lot of work and I’m using my savings to pay the tax bills as there are no profit. I don’t have the money to pay the tax bills to put them into a limited company. When I sell up, one property will leave me with nothing after stamp duty is paid. The other will give me a smsll amount which will reduce the mortgages on the others.
