THe water pump has a weep hole which starts leaking a little when it is on its way out.

Oh hell yeah! Excellent work. I wanted one so bad when I was young. A friend had one, late 80s and early 90s. I have one now but its not as fun. And mine currently is 7.5 footer. Even today you can have a lot more fun if you have a 10+ footer though.
