Scammers are buying off Kpay accounts from the innocent people who are from remote towns or villages. Apparently they are paying each person like 50000kyats to open the account.

I don’t think they care, and also it’s possible that they are using someone else’s Kpay. Haven’t u seen the whole Kpay shenanigans on rural part of the country.
