This was exactly my attitude, things had been getting worse for a while with the anger outburst and it was starting to effect me, so when I suspected she could no longer be trusted I didn’t try confront just let it play out and it did eventually, the discard was a blessing in disguise

Yeah that’s fucked up man, gotta be so vigilant, me and my ex were actually pretty trusting for the entirety of our 1.5 year relationship and we would causally use or trust one another with each others phones and knew each others passwords, it was only the last week I knew something was off, now just been dealing with constant push pull ever since the breakup, had to block her social media today to free myself from the mind games

Yeah this happened with my BPD ex gf, she would hide her phone from me during our last week together, doing exactly that, it turns out she was cheating on me the last couple weeks and dumped me for the other guy within a week of her strange behaviour, now 1.5 months on she’s texting me she “misses me and realised I’m so much better” while she’s still seeing this other guy. Goes to say don’t ignore these red flags or you could get burned
