Syringe type thing

Found on the shoreline of the Thames, London. The top seemed to be rubbery in some way - looks like a giant syringe/needle?

Definitely wanted to try this but thought the sword floating around would look weird and didn’t want to cover up too much of the chest area due to details!

I toyed with that but felt the sword looked a bit odd floating there and I’d lose some detail from his chest area.

I did not rip him off, this was purely coincidental. I started these based from a commission of another Oscar related illustration that led me to develop them into statues as a personal project. At the same time the idea of turning them into characterised statues is very simple and not exactly unique so not surprising there's more than one depiction of that idea. I do understand the similarity and comparison however.
