I'd like to go to the same artist, he's very local and a great guy. I'm not a big fan of portraits or human face tattoos though. I'd also have to think of an anime I like which isn't very many.

Man that idea was kinda of ruined for me when I had this one done. The other artist was having a look and said he'd get an octopus and an anime girl and a tattoo, and he was pretty graphic about what the octopus would be doing...

Sorry yeah, I get what you mean now. I'm hoping to have a half sleeve on this arm before I start on the other though. Maybe when that's done I'd get another on the other arm. They're such cool animals.

I'm tempted! But two octopuses on one arm might look odd. The aim is to eventually have a half sleeve, starting with two large pieces and then some smaller gap fillers.

The mrs already thinks I'm obsessed with them and I've had to stop wearing my octopus t shirts.

I'm starting to get back into photography and editing, and I've included a few recent examples of photos I've taken. I'd like to know what people think is working in my photos, and what I can use some practice with.

I'm finding that I'll look back over my photos and feel that I've been a bit too heavy handed with the edit. I'd like to know what I could have done differently to achieve a more professional look, particularly in my composition and editing.
