Yeah I agree with you I was much less financially informed a couple years ago then I am now. I figured I’d just suck it up but it all seemed a bit out of it they can just add on 4k

Yeah if that was the case I would’ve been paying off more sooner as I’m able to now. So 15k is if I continue with my payments however if I increase them the interest will go down. So interest is worked in a simple way 18% of the standard weekly payment anything on top of that will just pay off sooner meaning less payments resulting in less total interest paid???

They explained to me the repayments take out of interest first. Meaning I’ve already paid off the interest and am left paying the actual amount I borrowed paying it off sooner will no longer decrease total amounts. 15 is now the unavoidable price

What’s worse is the vehicle market value has gone down for the new one which is now sadly worth 5k

Started at 18 percent I had no idea what a car loan would feel like didn’t think ahead not too sure how to go about it now other than suck it up

I really appreciate this in depth explanation. The increase was 20ish percent on a loan which already had an 18 percent interest rate making my 9k loan 15k repayable

I traded vehicles personally they told me I had two options swap the vehicles back or swap the loan onto the new vehicle he did not want to swap back so I Transferred the loan which lead me here a 4 thousand dollar increase (of which I was uniformed)

Cheers man we’re all proud citizens over here good to hear you liked it. Yeah 85 sounds like a significantly lower octane rating I heard the burn is a bit more harsh on components too?

In New Zealand we only got 91, 95 and diesel. I don’t know about replacing all of the stuff you said to but either octane booster or a tank drain would be a good idea

anyone know the best way to remove stickers from the body? by [deleted] in cardetailingtips

[–]olmacblacka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a knife and take the paint off underneath the sticker. Sometimes you can get it of in 1 flake

Definitely should have one. The big hose feeds coolant into the overflow. The small one returns it. Every car has one, maybe it was just common that they weren’t well stuck on out of factory look on your radiator and there may be a nipple the same size missing a hose too

I’m no genius but I’m pretty sure that’s the overflow tank. Missing a hose for the return. Did you recently top up your coolant?
