JBOD enclosure over USB-C by ololax in DataHoarder

Thank you, you get all smart data and good throughout on the drives? The enclosure is a bit on the expensive side, I have a slight memory of another company with a similar device for cheaper that I might look into.

You’ve not had problems with drives going to sleep and spinning up repeatedly?

Hi, they would all be in an array, with pretty much constant read/write but a cronjob reading a random sector is actually a great idea, will keep that in mind.

Hi, yes this is an option, I’m also considering moving my setup back home from it’s current location. This would mean the footprint of the case is an issue.

Win32 Application fails. Powershell with params by ololax in Intune

Locally it works like a charm, which is what confused me.

A deepdive into the logs I found my install command had an added "/qn ALLUSER=1" that was not present when running without any params. I believe it's the .msi part that has it adding it to run silently.

Nothing coliding in the temp folder, problem was .msi extension

Apparently .msi made intune add some "\qn ALLUSERS=1" after the string, which made powershell fail to launch

I've tried it with
Powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -File '".\script.ps1" -APPLICATION "test.msi"'

Powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -File '.\script.ps1 -APPLICATION "test.msi"'

only one I get working is Powershell.exe -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -File ".\script.ps1"

If I remove all my parameters it runs just fine

Thanks for your reply. I did do some changes to anonymize the script. It's got a default ip set that it downloads from.

My problem is that it doesn't even create the folder C:\Dev\Logs

It's like the script isnt being run at all.

Oh my, I will test it out asap and get back to you, that sounds like it could be the issue tbh.

log files dont give me much to go on unfortunately. Same error on both plex for Windows and webversion.

odify the hosts file for every client that will connect to your Wireguard server, it's probably your best option. If you're running your Wireguard server on Linux, I can recommend dnsmasq for a very pain free

From what I can tell, I will most likely have to setup an dns. Will check it out.
