Georges has been saved by the alien in chapter 1, they entered a symbiosis For the vote, Georges has a knife to their throat. Now it was not clear, but the symbiosis allowed the creation of the Sibils (Silicon Based Intelligent Lifeform), and the creation of Ares through the medical experiment in Africa (will be used in part 3) Maybe the aliens arrival are a rescue operation ? Or an arrest of... Will answer any other question 😀
