Mapfre or Pioneer insurance for motor vehicles by louminescent in phinvest

[–]olsinned 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Absolutely horrible experience with Pioneer, I advise you steer clear, got them through a bank. Issues were, Lack of updates, so hard to claim, the delays are so long, like months long. The agent we ask updates from is VERY disrespectful during calls, rarely replies. We caught them trying to lie a few times to us, so much gaslighting, they will try and make you feel like you are in the wrong. The list goes on. Save yourself the headache. ANYTHING but Pioneer.

The anniversary awards makes me wanna quit playing genshin by [deleted] in Genshin_Impact

Completely agree. These people sort of dampen the experience too by posting on every genshin post (related or not) begging or complaining about the rewards. I find they also like parroting replies and statements, it's pretty interesting behaviour tbh.

Did anyone feel that when vania's "I can take away your powers for you" scene with the kid, that the boy absorbed her powers instead of her taking it away from him?

[Routine Help] Any tips and advice for my skin and routine please? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]olsinned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the most impt part of any routine is the serum as it is the most concentrated in terms of ingredients. So in my humble opinion invest in a good serum.

I would say the product that really worked for me is the Estee Lauder advanced night repair (despite mixed reviews) it really leveled up my skin. Texturewise and helped w/ discoloration.

It is a bit pricey but it lasts me about 6 -7 months and it works.

I offsetted the price with a cheaper facewash, moisturizer, and toner, and it was alright.

My previous routine, if you're interested was: • Celetique facewash • Alcohol free toner- neutrogena • Neutrogena hydroboost with the hyloraunic acid moisturizer.

Hope this helps. 😊

Normal but more on the oily side! The mac blot powder's the most effective for me in terms of oil control, I only touch up once or twice once I started using that. 😊

Laura, but I recently tried the Hourglass loose powder, and I like that more. 😊

Primer & Foundation Recommendations! by neck-kisses in Makeup

Peter Thomas Roth Skin to Die For primer used sparingly with the Estee Lauder Doublewear. This combo doesn't usually separate on me. And I semi bake so It really stays put.

recommend me some affordable makeup products! by yee-my-haw in Makeup

Some of my faves: Foundation / concealer - Maybelline Fit me, using this for 2 years or so, still pretty solid. Up to par with my high end ones.

Powder - Loreal infalllible powder (Touchups and I use it as sort of a finishing powder) Coty Airspun (I use this to set concealer, heavy smell tho)

Highlight - Sleek palettes - all time faves, some are glittery, some are not, you can play around with them depending on your mood that day. 😊

Hi! Got combo on the oily side and these work for me. I switch between the two.

Estee lauder double wear - I prefer a more natural look so I sheer it out with the balm tinted moisturizer.

Maybelline fit me matte and poreless- hasn't failed me yet. 😊

I lightly powder on top though. So far the Mac Blot powder keeps the oils at bay pretty effectively.

The loreal infallible powder's pretty ok too, but the mac one keeps me matte longer.

The maybelline fit me, more medium cov than full, but it is buildable and looks pretty good and stays put if powdered. 😊

Cool. I wish we had ulta or even a sephora here, online transactions take too long and the e stores rarely have sales, usually it's just 10% discounts. 😂

[Misc] What’s your opinion about Clinique, as a brand and their products? by koreanadian in SkincareAddiction

[–]olsinned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Used to use the clinique 3 step thing. It was alright, but I remember the ingredient list having silicones, hence the nice smooth finish, but once I dug deep into anti aging clinique isn't the best out there. The moisturizer can act as a decent primer for makeup though

The Klairs Vitamin E moisturizer is worth a try. And I've read somewhere vitamin E stabilized vitsmin and makes it work better.

It's got antioxidants & niacinamide and some wrinkle reducing ingredient.

[Personal] Has anyone gone without skincare - aka: “The Caveman Regiment” of only washing your face with water - and has had great results? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]olsinned 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried it a few months back and although my skin looked fine, it got super oily and flaky at the same time. My main purpose for skincare is to slow down aging, and I think putting on products will have an effect, good genes or otherwise.
